What are you looking for in a tenant? Looking for someone to take over my lease as my partner and I build a new space together. This building and the people in it (particularly the live-in super) have been friendly and helpful in my 2 years here. I’m hoping to find someone who will treat this place well through the remainder of the lease (January 31, 2022). About the apartment: Lovely sun-soaked 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment located 5 blocks from Central Park, 5 blocks from historic Marcus Garvey Park and under 5 mins to the 2,3 or 6 trains. This apartment has a large, spacious kitchen with lots of cabinet and counter space- perfect for cooking solo or with others. The kitchen opens out into the living room where you’ll find a wall of full length south facing windows. The apartment has 3 large closets, including a deep front closet, linen closet and a double closet in the bedroom. Modern finishings and beautiful wood flooring throughout. I will leave the in-wall AC unit. If partially furnished is preferred I can accommodate that.
