Looking to reassign my 1 bedroom apartment with flexible dates. Ideally, targeting March 15, 2021 move-in until January 31, 2022. Lease can be officially transferred and renewed starting February 1, 2022, if desired. Building is located 1 stop right outside Manhattan in Long Island City and minutes over the 59th St bridge. 5 minute walk from Queens Plaza subway (E/M/R) and 7 minute walk from Court Side Square subway (E/M/G/7). This 750 square foot pent house resides in a luxury high-rise on the 40th floor filled with an impressive amenity package: (pool, outdoor bbqs, equinox-style gym with offered fitness classes, common area work spaces, community lounges, rooftop, 24/7 front-desk concierge, packaging storage room, Elevator, dry cleaning and more!) The spacious unit features gorgeous panoramic views of LIC and mid-town Manhattan with a sizable queen bedroom and plenty of closet-space (as well as two additional large closets in the hallways) with custom built-in shelving. In the hallway / alcove space leading to the bedroom includes a washer/dryer with built-in shelves, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a large window that brings in a nice amount of natural light. The open-concept kitchen/living room includes plenty of storage space, all updated appliances (refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, oven, gas-heated stove top with 5 burners, dish-washer, built-in garbage and recycling). Building staff and maintenance team is top-notch, super accommodating and friendly. Located in the heart of Court Side Square LIC that’s filled with coffee shops, restaurants, shops, grocery stores and more! And a 10/15 minute walk to the beautiful Gantry Park that’s located right on the water (and the famous Pepsi-Cola Sign!) Please note that this unit is currently occupied between my boyfriend an me, so the space is great for a couple, close friends or if you’re riding solo! There are furniture pieces that we are willing to keep in the unit and possibly sell. The two of us plan to move by the end of February/March 2021, but our dates can be flexible. We are open to possibly negotiating our current lease if needed. We will also offer to keep our security deposit down on the unit ($1,000). What do you love about this place?

Anything you can possibly need is here at The Forge: luxe amenity package with every bell and whistle you can think of, the staff is top-notch, and our unit (a penthouse) is incredible.

What isn't so great about this place?

Honestly no complaints! We'd stay here forever if we could : )
