Description

We just bought a place and are looking for a new tenant to take over (lease reassignment) our lease for our one bedroom with dedicated den/office starting March 29, 2021. The lease ends September 20, 2021, but the new tenant can sign a new lease to stay longer. As an **incentive** for taking over, we will pay your moving costs and reduce the rent from $3500 to $2999 (we will pay the difference). Virtual and in-person tours are both available. We are also offering to leave our dining table and television with the unit at no extra cost. We can remove them if you want. The Apartment is 1 bedroom with a den/office, 1 bedroom, 720 square feet, and the rent is $3500 a month, but we will prorate the rent during the life of our lease. Our unit has: - washer/dryer in unit; - a large kitchen with a lot of storage space and dishwasher; - a den/office space; - tons of closets; - a walk in closet in the bedroom. The building has: - an outdoor pool; - multiple rooftop decks; - outdoor BBQ and lounge area; - multiple indoor lounge areas; - 5 minute walk to multiple subway lines (7, E, M, G at Court Square; E, M, R at Queens Plaza; 7, N, W at Queensboro Plaza).
