What do you love about this place?
The apartment is in a great location, very quiet, full of beautiful light with a large living room, dishwasher, and a private balcony! The building is 2 blocks from the L and G trains and has a beautiful furnished rooftop, a laundry room, elevator, and a gym. There are not that many units in the building so it is very peaceful and quiet (never seen any one else while using the gym!) (The original rent in 2020 was $4,140, we are offering it now for $3800)
What isn't so great about this place?
Nothing - we've had no complaints and have loved living here, just want to move to own apartments. Original listing details: TRUE 2 bedroom at 100 Ainslie Street in Williamsburg with condo-level finishes. Be the 2nd residents ever in this new construction building where all the bedrooms fit queens sized beds and has windows. The apartment has hardwood floors, lots of natural light, great closet space, kitchen that has Bertazzoni and Bosch appliances and Ceasaerstone countertops. The spacious living room can easily fit a L-shaped couch and a private balcony in the apartment. The building has an elevator, laundry facility, package room, bicycle room, and a gym. There is also a roof deck with incredible Manhattan and Brooklyn views. The L and G train are 2 blocks away with quick access into Manhattan.
