What are you looking for in a tenant?
The space is ideal for any living situtation: families, roommates, or an extra guest suite for frequent visitors. The space between each bedroom with en suite bathroom is great for any living scenario, with a centralized common space with amazing natural light as there are floor to ceiling windows on 2 walls.
What do you love about this place?
The natural light is unbeatable. The apartment is very quiet. We love the layout. We love the rooftop. We love the in-unit washer dryer (which we had upgraded to a larger unit for convenience - like washing king sheet sets). We love the extra half bath from guests when gatherings are held or extra visitors are staying and sleeping in the living room. We love the cleanliness of the building including hallways, recycling room, garage, etc. Packages are well handled as there is a 24-hour doorman. There's a reason we signed a 2-year lease after living here for 2 years!
What isn't so great about this place?
Southern/western exposure on sunny days requires the blinds be closed for TV viewing - it's VERY bright. The grills (there are two) are turned off on the roof during winter months beginning in (I believe) November. We like to grill, even if it's snowing. Last, you have to register a second car to park in a parking space if you decide to get one. You can't, for example, just have a friend visit and park in your space (while you park on the street) without notifying management. PLEASE NOTE: The pictures are of a 1 bedroom currently listed. 10C does not have pictures as we moved in from a 1 bedroom ourselves as an internal mover (we were seeking a 1 bedroom and management notified us before listing it). The people before us lived in the apartment for years, so the pictures aren't published online. We are happy to give you a virtual tour before coming to see the place in person.
