What are you looking for in a tenant?
We are moving out of state for a new job opportunity! I will graduate from my Master's program in Chicago May 1 and since school and work has moved virtually, we can get a head start on moving to where we will be permanently working starting in June.
What do you love about this place?
This apartment is one block away from the brown line stop for Lincoln Square, walking distance to 3 grocery stores (and I mean 5 minute walk), 20+ restaurants and the wonderful Welles and Horner Park. I cannot think of a better place to have spent the last summer in Chicago, pandemic and all, and this summer it will moving with so much more opportunity.
What isn't so great about this place?
The apartment is a bit older, but it does give it character. The laundry is included in the building, but is down in the basement. Water is included in your rental price, but electricity, gas and internet are not. As the current tenant, we can talk about what will be easiest for you in terms of setting up new utilities or paying us directly.
