What are you looking for in a tenant?
This apartment is incredible and we're so sad to be leaving it. The apartment is spacious and gets lots of natural light. The 3rd bedroom could be used as a bedroom or an office. We are open to discussing contributing to the rent obligations for the remainder of the current lease.
What do you love about this place?
This building is new, clean, and extremely well cared for and maintained. The staff at the Ashland has become family to us in the four years we've lived here and this apartment has truly felt like home.
What isn't so great about this place?
Honestly nothing! We have absolutely loved it here.
