What are you looking for in a tenant?
We are looking for someone to take over our lease starting April 1, 2021-Oct 31, 2021. You are welcome to extend beyond that if you'd like. We lived there for 8 years and loved it.
What do you love about this place?
Located at 103/Lexington, with 6 train on the corner, this is a great spot for an artist or young professional looking for a good deal in a decent location. Bars and cafes line the block, a grocery store is across the street, and Central Park is three blocks away. Laundry is just up the street. The super lives in the building and is super attentive.
What isn't so great about this place?
The fifth floor walk up at first is something to consider, however, it quickly becomes second nature and you already have half of your work out in by the time you leave in the morning!
