Someone looking for a great gem of an apartment in the heart of the UWS, less than 1 block from Central Park.
What do you love about this place?
SO. SPACIOUS. This apartment is huge, plus boasts an in-unit laundry room/office. It's gotten us comfortably through COVID in the city, with two kids. We have two office spaces, two workout areas, a playroom area and more. Building entrance is stroller-friendly. Super sits in lobby nightly from 5-8 p.m. to accept packages. (We are huge online shoppers, and have never missed a delivery!) We are less than a block from arguably the best part of Central Park, plus there is an 86th St. subway entrance at the end of our block. TRUE GEM.
What isn't so great about this place?
Kitchen and bathrooms are not updated, however they have never been an issue for us and we cook A LOT.
