Entire place in Bushwick, NY

**For applicants: Please send a detailed description about you, everyone who will be living with you, your intentions in New York, etc. Thank you!!** - Hey Benny, what do you love about this space? - I have been loving my loft for three years and it has been loving me back. The sunlight, the unique layout of the loft, the balance of exposed brick/wood/white walls, high ceilings, chill vibe, flexible space, quiet, and the amazing neighborhood are all attractive features. The rooftop of the building is always open and is quite large and covered in good graffiti (as opposed to not so good graffiti). This place is my oasis from the bustle and I'm looking for someone who can care for it and appreciate it the way that I do. Right around the corner is Knickerbocker ave. and it has everything - supermarkets, smaller markets, coffee shops, Maria Hernandez Park which has a farmer's market on the weekends, hardware stores, dollar stores, an awesome bagel shop, electronic stores, bank of america, and on and on. All the fun stuff in Bushwick is very close by. - Hey Benny, what isn’t so great about this place? - One downside is that there are no outdoor-facing windows in the bedrooms (windows face into the expansive common space), but there are huge windows and generous light in the common space, and fan systems installed in one of the rooms to maintain proper ventilation and air flow. Also, this point may be a plus or minus depending on your style - it's kind of a young building with a lot of creative types, so this means parties on the roof (although probably not so much during the winter). It's a great old factory building to meet young creative types. Notes The apartment is fully furnished, but you will need to bring your own linens and bed items (sheets pillows etc.). There are completely out-of-the way storage areas hidden within the loft where I will be keeping my personal items while I'm gone.
