I am trying to get someone to take over my portion of the lease that ends in August 2022. Great Location, and huge place! With backyard access. Pictures show the room that is up for lease as well as common areas. Room is going to be unfurnished. Currently has a queen sized bed, for size reference. Total rent is $3200, so it would be $1600 a person. Dropping it down to $1400, with landlord approval for remainder of lease (I will be paying the landlord difference, will be written so you don’t have to worry about it) The roommate is a mid-20’s male, has a small boston terrier, and works from home.
