What are you looking for in a tenant?
After many years, I was lucky enough to be picked and qualified for an affordable unit so will be moving to my own place.
What do you love about this place?
Top Floor (8th), Southwest facing, unobstructed views Heated Bathroom Separate heating units in each room (living and each bedroom) Large spacious kitchen with all new appliances (we were first tenants in Aug 2020) Live in Super (Super friendly, very responsive, daily cleanings of building) Locked Mail Room Gym (no sign in access but I've never had any issues with more than 1 person, mainly empty)
What isn't so great about this place?
No closet but I will be leaving a almost new hanging rack with storage shelf on top Resident lounge/entertainment room is in process of furnishing so not available....yet
