Free gym in the building laundry by credit card on floor, full kitchen with dishwasher and bar. Bike room, doormen, and right up from Riverside park south and the Hudson bike path. I will be relocating in early January and am looking for someone to live with my current roommate and her 4lb yorkie that is her responsibility.
