What do you love about this place?
Location! South Williamsburg 11th and Berry, close to the bridge This apartment is in a converted warehouse and has amazing southern exposure light, high ceilings, central A/C & heating, newly renovated and lovingly furnished. There is also roof access, on-site laundry room, a secure mail room, two grocery stores around the corner.
What isn't so great about this place?
Like many NYC apartments, it can feel small. But it was a very comfortable place for me when I lived there full time.
