Hello! I'm subletting my room so I can move in with my boyfriend. I currently have a queen bed in there with a vanity, bookshelf, and a side table, and I could also fit a desk if I wanted to! There's also a spacious closet and another closet right outside the room if you tend to buy a lot of clothing, which I do. The apartment is EXTREMELY conveniently located to the N, Q, R, W, E, B, D, C, E, and 1 trains. There are several grocery stores nearby from Whole Foods to Westerly Health Market to Food Emporium. Columbus Circle is also a few minutes walk away and there are so many amazing restaurants nearby on 9th Ave. I'm subsidizing over $200 in rent and will cover utilities and WiFi and am willing to negotiate if you're a good fit! You can also use the amenities at the Marc right across the street for free! These include a laundry room, doorman, gym, rooftop with grill, study lounge, and concierge service. You will be living with two women who are law students. They're extremely studious but also fun to be around, respectful, and kind!
