What do you love about this place?
Lots of closets (4 closets!) and it faces the river! Front desk staff is lovely. Laundry room in building with lots of new machines. Nice outdoor space. I also love the water view.
What isn't so great about this place?
Far from the subway but the ferry is steps away Other notes: The rent for the new lease will be $2,370.00 per month through the remainder of the term ending1/31/22 or 1 Year. Applicants must be made aware that they will be taking the apartment in its present condition “as is,” meaning there will be no renovations or changes made to the condition of the apartment.
