What are you looking for in a tenant?

I'm looking for a responsible, low-key tenant who will appreciate my studio and the neighborhood as much as I do.

What do you love about this place?

My studio is a real jewel box apartment in an old turn-of-the-last-century brownstone. It has the perfect mix of old, historical details (soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, wooden molding around the windows and a huge mirror) and modern renovations (modern kitchen and bathroom). There's a dishwasher, TV and WIFI in-unit and a washer/dryer and Peloton treadmill in the building. It's in a wonderful neighborhood (Crown Heights) that's convenient to many trains (2,3,4,5,A,C) and walking distance to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, Bed Stuy, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Fort Greene and more.

What isn't so great about this place?

There are no closets. (But I have a big armoire as well as a dresser and other storage units throughout to keep clothes and other personal items.)
