What are you looking for in a tenant?
I would like to sublease my spacious studio apartment. I unfortunately need to move to another area for work/family reasons.
What do you love about this place?
This apartment is in a great location (close to 53rd St., several community parks, UChicago, Hyde Park Produce/CVS/Target). The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, and it is close to several CTA bus stops. Management is pretty good with maintenance requests, usually taking between 1-2 days. They also allow certain renovations such as painting to the unit if interested. It is a very quiet building, and I never hear music/other loud noises from other apartments.
What isn't so great about this place?
The kitchen is a bit small especially if you love to cook like me but it is definitely manageable and has space to add a small table and chairs.
