What are you looking for in a tenant?

- No pets (we have allergies) - No smokers – either marijuana or tobacco (allergies!) - We’ll need to see proof of income of some kind - You should be reliable (pay rent on time) and communicative - I will need to video chat with you before renting - Prefer clean, responsible, and communicative professionals

What do you love about this place?

It is currently configured for 2 people to work from home, but could be reset to a 1 person occupancy if desired. We have a memory foam mattress for comfortable sleep, blackout curtains to control light, mesh network and 600 mbps internet connection that two people can be on calls on all day without issues. The apartment has hardwood floors, and a record player, and a high-quality office desk and chair setup. The apartment is quiet, as are neighbors. There’s a backyard shared with neighbors, parking is street only. There is a laundromat in the same block (1 min walk away) that takes credit cards & Apple Pay etc. Perfect for 1-2 people looking to stay isolated while also having excellent amenities. We will be clearing out all shelves except in 1 closet (out of three), and leaving most of the furniture and kitchen utensils. Location: on Cole near Parnassus. 15 minute walk to Golden Gate Park, 5 minutes to the N line. 2 blocks away are a superb grocery, many restaurants, hairdressers, coffee shops, 2 bars, a pharmacy, and a hardware store. Whole Foods is 15 minutes walk away, as is the Upper Haight.

What isn't so great about this place?

Nights can be uncomfortable on very hot days (there’s no A/C) – you’ll have to leave the windows cracked open. It’s at the top level up 2 flights of stairs (but on the other hand it’s got great views!) There’s a school behind the house, can’t really hear it with the double-pane windows closed, though there is a loud school bell in the morning.
