What are you looking for in a tenant?
I would like a respectable tenant that will take care of my place and furnishings as if they were their own. I will be coming back to the place October 1, so I would like to return comfortably.
What do you love about this place?
This is a wonderful, spacious 1-bedroom on the top floor of a new building in central San Francisco. It has tons of natural light — you won’t have to turn on a light during the day. There’s a wonderful view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and it has 12-foot ceilings. The appliances, cabinetry, and furniture are all quite high-end, yet it’s also very comfortable. It’s also incredibly quiet.
What isn't so great about this place?
The neighborhood is colorful, but it’s also incredibly central to virtually everything San Francisco has to offer.
