Entire place in Long Island City, NY

What are you looking for in a tenant? Someone to look after the place and keep it in good shape! The building is super pet friendly but that would possibly come with an additional cost. I can have the furniture removed if you do not want it, or i can leave it. Its up to you! What do you love about this place? I love the amenities, the friendly doorman, the park on the water just across the way, and the ferry which is also just across the building. I also love the layout of the apartment - the island doubles as a dining table and can comfortably fit 3 people. As well, you will be able to easily fit a couch in addition to the bed if you would like to purchase one. I moved mine out hence the lack of a couch in the picture.
