It is a duplex apartment building in Bed Stuy. The room is $900. There is a large shared kitchen and living room. We have several good appliances including a stove, dishwasher, etc. as well as washer and dryer! I have furnished the whole first floor complete with projector and screen. The kitchen is also complete with everything needed for cooking. The apartment consists of 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Utilities for the apartment are not included, but reasonable. Looking for a responsible individual who can take good care of the place. No smoking in apartment. Unfortunately no pets (though they can visit!). Can start showing the apartment immediately.
