Entire place in Naperville Park District, IL

What are you looking for in a tenant?

Hello! I am vacating my beautiful apartment in Naperville, IL Historic District between now and April 1st. I am looking for someone to take over the apartment lease term. You would go through the background check process with property management for the building. Once approved, you would be able to sign your own lease through Oct. 31st (about 6-7 months depending on move-in date) It is a great apartment...11 foot ceilings...all granite in kitchen/bathroom...gorgeous exposed brick walls...efficient building (no heating/cooling bills)....walking distance to world class shopping/Restaurants in downtown Naperville...Minutes from downtown Chicago via Metro train...I could go on!! It is also the most quiet apartment I have ever rented. I have not heard my neighbors one time!! Please look at the 5th Avenue Station Loft Apartments website...the pictures provided look exactly like the apartment....BONUS=I have not hung anything on the walls or damaged anything in the apartment. It will be cleaned and perfectly ready for move-in. Thank you!!! If you are looking for a gorgeous apartment in an amazing town-this is it!!!
