Professional or college student looking for a quiet place to wind down during their summer in Brooklyn. Someone who will appreciate a furnished space on a pretty sweet spot in Clinton Hill. Super flexible on dates! I'm looking to sublet for the duration of the WGA writer's strike so I can travel and see family but ideally someone wanting it through August, but if you need for longer or shorter let me know! - One bedroom, queen bed with 2 closets, tall dresser - Modern open layout for the living, dining area, kitchen, and foyer that I'll leave fully furnished with sofa, chairs, TV, Roku, dining table, chairs, bar cabinet, etc. - Full size bathroom with deep tub - Hallway closet that'll be stocked with cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc - Hardwood floors - Huge windows, tons of light, I almost never turn the overhead lights until evening - Good sized kitchen w/ island, granite counters, with a dishwasher, full size fridge and stove. I'll also leave stocked with tools and supplies for you to use. - Small balcony with patio chairs off the bedroom, pug not included :) -Verizon Fios wifi, super fast! - Elevator building (4 floor building), very quiet building - Temperature all controlled by the thermostat so no window units to deal with this summer - Laundry machines in the basement of the building, small gym access as well - Tree lined street nearest to Classon Ave G stop, lots of little restaurants, cafes, grocery store, etc in walking distance. Super close to Pratt campus. Nostrand C just a short walk. Tons of light, great amenities, no window AC unit to deal with, modern Building likes things nice and quiet, no loud music during late hours, no large gatherings. This unit is in a rent stabilized building so as long as we follow through with the protocols of the Real Property Law Section 226-b, we should be good to go. Landlord will know in writing my intent of subletting with copies of the sublease agreement we both sign.
