What are you looking for in a tenant?

We are looking for a reliable tenant to take over our rental agreement in Long Island City. Single person or a couple is preferred -- no roommates please.

What do you love about this place?

This building is the best in LIC (in our humble opinion). The unit is west facing and gets great sunlight all day, but especially in the evenings when the sun sets. It has gorgeous, unobstructed views of the East River and Manhattan -- perfect to watch fireworks during Fourth of July. The building is only 5 years old, has great amenities and is very accessible to multiple subways (G, F, M, E, 7, R) and buses. We love this apartment - the management is wonderful and very helpful; the neighbors are friendly and there are lots of resident events; the amenities are clean and top-notch. What isn't so great about this place?

The building is great, the apartment is great. The only slight downside is that LIC is building up a lot right now so there's constant construction. It's hard to avoid the construction if you're walking around the neighborhood during the day, however, if you're inside, you hardly hear any noise except for the occasional loud neighbor.
