2nd floor sunny unit. Living room and kitchen windows face the front courtyard (looking west), bedroom and bathroom face east. Great views from the east windows since building is on a hillside. I'm looking for someone who loves the Bronx and its environment like I do! Somebody responsible who will pay rent on time and will keep the apartment tidy. - Close to the D and 4 trains and just a half hour ride to Midtown Manhattan. - Large windows and lots of light! - 2nd floor apartment. Only bother with the elevator if you want to. - Lots and lots of closet space. - Excellent view from the bedroom window!
