Entire place in New York, NY

I am slightly flexible with dates. This apartment faces the south side so the sun really comes in in the winter and stays out of the apt in the summer. It's a perfect setup. Since it is furnished and is my actual home, I would love a tenant who can treat my place as if it was their own. I have a few indoor plants to take care of, but because I am a traveler I made sure that they're the kind that you only need to water once a week or even less, depending on the season. Wifi is included. All you have to pay for is the electrical bill provided by ConEdison. (I'm not a big AC/Heat user so my bill is always around $50/month, just for reference). Please don’t feel intimidated to ask any questions. I’d like to make this process as seamless as possible for both of us.
