What do you love about this place?

Imagine having New York's skyline as your living room view? South-facing apartment on the 46th floor with incredible views of the Empire State Building (only a few blocks away) and many other iconic buildings. Renovated large (750 sq. ft.) & spacious 1-BR available at The Atlas, with washer and dryer in unit. Lease assignment would start on March 25, 2021 (start date relatively flexible) and end on June 24, 2021. There is an option to renew for additional 1-2 years. The Atlas is a luxury doorman building in Midtown Manhattan, steps from Bryant Park. We have lived at The Atlas since 2017 and have really enjoyed living here. The doormen, staff, concierge, maintenance, and even the leasing office are the best we have experienced so far. We are sad to leave to the building, but as we are both working from home, we are looking for a bigger space. The neighbors on our floor are considerate and very quiet. The one-bedroom features a granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, renovated bathroom and floors. Smoke-free building. Services: White-Glove Concierge; 24-hour attended lobby (doorman); Pet friendly (no additional fee); Free bicycle storage; Complimentary daily breakfast; social events organized for residents throughout the year, including rooftop concerts in summer Amenities: - 5th Floor Terrace with fireplace - 48th Floor Sky Terrace with 360 degrees views of NYC - 5th Floor Library - Resident lounge - Fitness club with yoga studio* *additional $25 per month fee applies Location: - 2 Blocks from Bryant Park - 4 Blocks from the Empire State Building and Herald Square - 5 Blocks from Times Square - 6 Blocks from K-town - tons of food options - Subways: 1,2,3,B,D,F,M,N,Q, R, W and PATH - 10 minutes walk from Grand Central, Penn Station, or Port Authority Term: Lease term ends 6/24/21 with the option to renew for additional 12 to 24 months.

What isn't so great about this place?

Nothing. It is in the middle of everything, a great base to live the NYC life.
