Private room in Manhattan, NY

I have one room open in a three bed 1 bath apartment in Alphabet city. One block away from the L, and about a 15 minute walk to N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, 6 trains at 14th st Union Square. It's located a block away from the East Village Trader Joes and on the same block as Target. It's also by Thompkins Square park, and there's tons of bars and restaurants nearby. First/last/deposit required, but rent will be prorated for June. Move in date is flexible :)
