Private room in Hoboken, NJ

Looking for a roommate to move into the third bedroom of our 7th floor two bedroom flex in the 77 Park Ave building (on Park Ave between Newark & Observer Hwy) in Hoboken. This person would be moving into the 13x11 flex bedroom, which has a lot of great natural light and has a floor to ceiling wall with a legitimate door (no fake door/weird curtain situation). The room can easily fit a double or queen, although a double would probably be best suited for the space. The closet for this room is our walk-in coat closet, which is right across from one of the bedrooms and next to the bathroom door. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the girls, there is a second bathroom with a shower in the master bedroom. Pictures are attached of the apartment, room and closet. Rent is $1235. Move-in fees will include a security deposit - $167, amenity fee - $350, and fee for leasing the fake wall - $50 Monthly bills usually end up netting out to be: $44.00 per month for TV $30-40 per month for electric/gas *Sometimes it has been as low as $13, and as high as $50 $20 per month for water 77 Park is an elevator building and has great amenities, including a doorman, on-site gym, laundry room, 3rd floor sun deck with grills, and in-house dry cleaning services. The building in a great location - close to downtown (can be at a nail salon, small market, and a bar within 4-5 minutes of walking) and a 5-7 minute walk to the Path train. Looking for someone that is respectful, relatively low-key, and organized. My roommate and I do go out quite often, but don't normally host parties or pre-games in our apartment and would expect the same of our roommate. I am a dietitian working in NYC; usually out the door at 7 am and return home by 6pm. I sometimes work weekends. My roommate works as an accountant and is usually out the door at around 9am and returns home after 7:30/8pm.
