Entire place in Astoria, NY

What are you looking for in a tenant?

I am looking to buy a home soon and would like to downsize to a smaller place while I'm on the market. I'm hoping to find someone who would like to rent my apartment, and is looking for a mostly furnished place, as I would like to not have to move furniture :)

What do you love about this place?

I love Astoria, and this building and apartment are fantastic. It's on the first floor, with easy access, and it's super quiet! Having come from a loud building with terrible neighbors, this has been a huge relief. It's a very spacious apartment for NYC – the bedrooms can fit king size beds and would be perfect for a couple or a single person to use the second bedroom as a studio/office (as I do)

What isn't so great about this place?

The living room doesn't get the most natural light, and there isn't a dishwasher, otherwise, it's perfect.
