The two bedrooms in the apartment are on opposite ends of the house for great separation if using one as an office. Both roomy bedrooms feature tall ceilings, large & sunny windows and come furnished with queen-sized beds, dressers & closet. Front bedroom also includes office desk & comfortable Herman Miller Aeron office chair. Rent is $2800 (includes all utilities & fios internet). Location is on one of the friendliest tree-lined brownstone blocks in Crown Heights with the C, A, 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains very close by.
