What are you looking for in a tenant?
In search of 1-2 people to take over my lease at Edison Apartments on Riverside Drive in Austin, Texas. I am forced to move back to California for personal reasons. The unit and building are both recently updated. Very modern look to the whole property, very nice pool & gym. Pets are allowed. Location is close to downtown, lots of restaurants and HEB. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and walk in closet. Sizeable living room and updated kitchen. Tours/showings available. Locked in rent is cheaper than current listing on their website.
What do you love about this place?
All new appliances, beautiful pool, walk in closets, modern bathrooms, large bedrooms, sizeable kitchen with island.
What isn't so great about this place?
To be honest, it is a very nice building with great amenities. The rent I have locked in is also very cheap for near downtown in Austin. I would not be leaving if I did not have to.
