Looking for someone clean, communicative, respectful, responsible, and financially stable.

What do you love about this place?

Wonderful sublet available in stylish Williamsburg apartment with all of the comforts for dreamy brooklyn living. Both bedrooms are at opposite sides of the apartment, super quiet, and lots of privacy and sunlight. We have a beautiful semi-private rooftop space with amazing views of the city, a small but functional bathroom (with tub), a kitchen with a brand new dishwasher and gas stove, laundry in basement, and the building is generally very quiet and well maintained. The apartment can come fully or partially furnished, depending on preference. Both bedrooms have big closets with lots of storage space, there is also a large closet/overhead storage space in the common area. Building management is super responsive and good about fixing things if any problems arise. Extremely "good vibes" in this apartment, amazing location. Dates and furnishings are flexible, but looking for a full lease takeover.

What isn't so great about this place?

Kitchen has lots of storage on top of the cabinets, but the available cabinet space is minimal. No pets allowed.
