I need to sublet my current rental in The Hudson from Aug 1-Jan 31 (with the option to renew). Looking for a tenant who can take over the last ~5 months of my lease! Happy to leave some furniture for you and negotiate rent. The apartment: it's a two-bed/two-bath + flex (~1200 square feet) with a large patio and view of the skyline. The kitchen is outfitted with all Bosch appliances and is super sleek. We can even discuss leaving some furniture here if you'd like! The building: built in 2017, the building is super new and nice. There's an outdoor pool, large and fancy gym, sauna, dog run, chef's kitchen, party room, garage, etc, etc. The location: 750 N Hudson St. It's in a quiet and residential enclave of River North. Walking distance from offices in the loop/RN, East Bank, the riverwalk, public transportation, restaurants, and more. Also very close to the highway if you drive a lot! My husband and I are so sad to be leaving this apartment. We are in the process of buying something and unfortunately have to say goodbye to The Hudson after many years here.
