Our timing is relatively flexible but we are targeting at earliest June 15th through the lease expiration of January 13, 2021. Should you want to take over the lease, applying through the leasing management office is required as well. The apartment building is located in a quiet neighborhood of brownstone apartment buildings just outside of downtown Silver Spring. We’re available to set up virtual tours for anyone who is interested. MORE ABOUT THE APARTMENT: - Available: June 1st, 2020 - Current lease ends: January 13th, 2021 - 6-month lease to be transferred and that can be renewed - Price: $1,600 (does not include utilities). Internet, water/gas, and electricity available - Location: Downtown Silver Spring, two minute walk to Silver Spring Red/Purple line Metro & MARC train, Silver Spring Transit Station, County/DC bus Stops and Interstate Travel - Two-bedroom apartment on ground floor - One bathroom - Fully-equipped kitchen - Central heating and air conditioning - Laundry rooms on site - Parking on site - Pets allowed COMMUNITY AMENITIES: - Adjacent to shopping, dining and entertainment - Fitness center - Package & dry cleaning concierge - On-site laundry - On-site parking REGARDING THE COVID-19 SITUATION: - The property management team have been extremely diligent, proactive, and communicative about all steps being taken. - The property’s cleaning team has been taking extra and more frequent measures to keep the public places inside and outside of the buildings safe (i.e. laundry rooms, building stairwells, mail Consierge room, etc.) - We haven’t heard of any cases of infected individuals on the property - The maintenance team have been really detail oriented, clean, and careful in this time - A few of the common amenities (i.e. the gym) are currently closed. The amenities are great however, so do keep that in mind for when re-opening begins.
