Private room in Central Boulder, CO

I'm looking to sublease this property, as I had a last minute change of plans and moved back to Chicago. Because of this, October 2018, July 2019, and the security deposit are already paid in full. You will not be responsible for those costs. You will be responsible for November 2018 to June 2019 rent payments. All rent is paid to Fowler property management. I'm a former CU student who lived in Boulder for a year prior to leaving. The unit is move in ready and partially furnished. The living space and balcony are furnished, the private bed and bath are not. This is a two bed two bath unit, however I'm subleasing my portion of the unit, which would be for one person, and includes a private bed and bath. All other spaces are shared with my former roommate, who is a CU student, 21, male, studying psychology and business.
