Looking for a roommate(s) in a great 3 bedroom apartment. I have one other roommate, but I've decided to move in with friends, and would love for you to take over my room! The Parc East is located at 27th Street & 2nd Avenue, and is a smoke-free building. This apartment features lots of southern daylight, and faces South and East. Comes with Linen Closets, Mini-Blinds, Internet Access (paid for), Central Air-Conditioning and Heating that can be controlled. The eat-in kitchen is quite spacious, and is installed with a dishwasher, convection oven and microwave. The room will be all yours, and comes with a two closets, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It can be furnished (or not) if required. The living room can be shared. Existing furniture: King-sized bed, pillows, duvet and mattress, two side tables with table lamps, large dresser with 6 drawers, desk and chair. The doormen and management staff have been friendly and superb. They recognize you after a while, and let you know if you have any packages waiting for you - especially if its FreshDirect/Blue Apron.
