What are you looking for in a tenant?
The unit is very spacious! It is great for small families, a group of friends, or even an individual wanting a bit more space. Looking for a tenant who will take care of it.
What do you love about this place?
It has 3 bedrooms, two of which has bathrooms attached and there is one more bathroom out front. The master bedroom has a great view and the living room has a great open space you can fill however you like. It is a part of a great building with a deck on the same floor as the unit and a very walkable area with many restaurants and nightlife options nearby.
What isn't so great about this place?
It has some flaws. The main one is that it can be noisy at times. It's near a train and a few bars (one of which is right below). It has had a few maintenance issues as well. The maintenance team usually fixes it within a day or two though.
