What do you love about this place?
I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my massive apartment in Brooklyn. I have loved this place for the last 3 years and I believe you will too. If, didn't have to leave NY I would stay here forever. This place is perfect for roommates or a family. It has a wonderful eat in kitchen equipped with everything you may need. Two massive living rooms, one can even be used as a fourth bedroom. 1.5 bathrooms. High ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. This apartment is perfectly located right off the Cortelyou Road Q train, with wonderful restaurants and cafes. There at least two grocery stores and a great natural food coop within a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is a spectacular place to take walks or go for runs. Greenlight bookstore is a 15 minute walk and so is Prospect Park.
What isn't so great about this place?
The front rooms face a busy street, the back rooms are quiet. I've truly had no issues.
