Why are you looking for a renter? I am planning to relocate to other city because of my job and so looking some one to sub lease the apartment. Apartment is the part of PARK AT VININGS (SMYRNA) community. What do you love about this place? 285 & 75 state highways , PUBLIX , COSTCO, CUMBERLAND MALL, SUNTRUST STADIUM and many restaurants with in mile accessible.
