Private room in Lincoln, NE

Why are you looking for a renter? My financial circumstances have changed since I signed my lease, and it is really strenuous to live here. What do you love about this place? It's super close to campus; it's right in front of the suites! I live with 3 other girls, who are all really chill. There's a washing machine and dryer within the apartment, and there is a gym in the building that residents can use. Roommates have a collection of pots and pans, which we all share. This part isn't THAT important but my room faces east and the sunrises are really beautiful and the room glows and it's honestly the best. What isn't so great about this place? It's a bit expensive. I live on the ninth floor. There are two elevators in the building, and they can be quite slow during busy days.
