Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Relocating to the West Coast from NYC, but open to short term rentals as well. What do you love about this place? Light-filled living room, cozy bedroom and the best location possible. I estimate this is the 3rd best street in the West Village, and 2 blocks away from 10 different train lines, and 3 blocks from Hudson River park. It is cozy, and because it's furnished with my things, 1 tentant is perferable but open to conversations here. What isn't so great about this place? The bedroom is more like a bed closet (still a queen size bed, however!), and the real kicker is it's a fifth-floor walkup. On the plus side, that means it's quiet. Quite cozy, probably 350 sq feet, but that's a hard thing to gauge. No pets. Utilities are roughly $150/month, but can be lower ($65/internet; ~$85 for electric + gas, could be higher with a LOT of AC usage). Can be rented either furnished or not.
