Private room in Cape Girardeau, MO

Edit: If you want to be in a different room I willing to pay your transfer fees on top of $200 worth of move in fees or if you are trying to break a SEMO housing contract half of the first month's rent. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Cape Trails (about a mile from campus). I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath in an apartment with 2 girls taking 2 of the other 3 rooms. There is a shared washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The apartment is pet-friendly and non-smoking. It is a first floor apartment located conviently by the mailbox, office, trash disposal, pool, gym, and many more amenties! The only thing not included in rent is electric which runs about$30-$40 a month. I am willing to pay electric each month up to $50 anything higher is up to you. Will have carpet shampooed before move in.
