Why are you looking for a renter? Hi, I'm looking for someone that's interested in taking over a lease at the Casas Del Rio apartments at the University of New Mexico. I had planned to move off campus for this year but ended up signing a renewal by mistake so if you're a student interested in living at Casas Del Rio for the 18-19 school year please let me know. also if you're wondering about the apartment itself its actually a 2 bedroom shared apartment and Rent usually starts at about 500$ a month its a shared apartment and has a shared bathroom. if you're wondering about it more you can see floor plans and pictures on their site at the UNM housing page I'll also put a floor plan in the pictures. What do you love about this place? well the apartments are very close to the the dining hall and on campus convenience store sp its easy to get to those. laundry is free and on site all you have to do is bring detergent and whatever other things you use to wash. theres a gym thats free for anyone that lives there, and management usually puts up community association events. What isn’t so great about this place? One of the things i didn't like about living in this place was the management but besides that its pretty good living here.
