Private room in Chapel Hill, NC

I am subleasing my furnished room and private bathroom in Chapel Ridge. It is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment, with free parking and lots of visitor parking. There is a pool, gym, tennis and volleyball courts. There are also running/walking/biking trails behind the complex. It’s $675 a month, utilities included. The apartment is a 10 minute bus ride to the hospitals and UNC campus. I already signed a lease for next year, so I have this apartment until August 2021. Ideally, I’d like to find someone to take over the lease starting ASAP and stay for next year as well. I am also fine with just next year, or just for the summer.
