Entire place in Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for someone to take over my lease because a new opportunity has presented itself and I no longer can live in downtown. What do you love about this place? The ceilings are high as hell, the view is gorgeous, the walls are cement so you can't hear your neighbors. Its a small family owned building with the best building manager ever, Jose. All new appliances only used by me. It's honestly the perfect DTLA Loft. What isn't so great about this place? The only downfall is that you're in a city so you can hear sirens and cars going by. I have no other complaints.
