Private room in Las Vegas, NV

Why are you looking for a renter? I am in a financial crunch and wish to move out. If someone is looking for a private room with their own bathroom and don’t mind sharing a common space with one other roommate please consider leasing from me. My roommate is also looking to move out, so the entire unit (2Bed 2Bath) will be available. The rooms are leased SEPARATELY so one room in this 2x2 is $799 through me. If you go through ECHO1055 directly then it’s $825 for one room in the 2x2. What do you love about this place? I love that it is right across the street of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). It would take me 7 minutes to walk to my classes and I didn’t need to worry about finding a parking spot on campus, it’s also an 8 minute drive to the Strip. Echo was built within the last year so everything is new and has a fresh modern look. There’s also a lot of amenities: pool and outdoor grill, game and theatre room, a gym, and a reservable location for any functions. It’s also cool that this apartment has “Valet Living” for trash and recycling. Just put your trash out before 8PM and it’ll be gone in the morning. The apartment management team also has routine gifts for the resident and special days. Like pancake and waffle or free Starbucks. Of course, this has lessened because of COVID19. But they are always friendly and will help find the answers to any questions. What isn't so great about this place? The covered parking is a little tight during certain times of the day. I recommend finding a spot before 10PM unless you don’t mind uncovered parking. The water, sewage, electricity, and parking is not free. But altogether I never paid more than $55 a month. Keeping in mind that resident parking is $20 a month. I have hear people on the floor over me, but it was only if something heavy was dropped, like weights.
