Entire place in Manhattan, NY

The apartment has a incredibly large private outdoor space. I eat breakfast & dinner at home, and have friends over for a relaxing evening. The apartment comes fully furnished apt with appliances, high speed internet (microwave, wifi etc.). I work in technology and often times work from home. The apartment is walking distance to Nomad, Silicon Alley, and Union Square. Why are you looking for a renter? I lived in this apartment for over 4 years. I'll be out of Manhattan in the fall. The approval process is written application with the Landlord and it takes 30 days for this to be approved - and then payment will be done through Flip.Lease. What do you love about this place? Heart of the Flatiron, easy access to all major subway stops. 24 hour grocery store & 24 cvs on corner. Walking distance to Union Sq, Eatley, Shakeshack, and of course the private backyard - for when I want to enjoy a beer outside but not around strangers. It’s super quiet on the street, you won’t hear any street noise. The restaurant next door has great brunch, and a lounge in the back with a pool table. What isn’t so great about this place? No laundry in building (but drop-off cleaners next door - or you can use pick-up / drop-off service Flycleaners.com
