Private room in Panhandle, CA

Our beautiful place in NOPA/Panhandle has a fully furnished room for Sublet starting June 13/14th, 3- 6 months. $1500/month Includes all utilities. Possibility for turning into long term, since I or roommates could be in transition to another location. This is the biggest bedroom in the house with bay windows, built in shelves, a (non-working) fireplace. The room will come with a queen bed, side tables, sitting area by the bay windows and two wardrobes. Our apartment has updated kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer also a large living room, backyard, 5 total bedrooms, one we use solely as a guest room! There are three of us that live in the apartment. We're all in our 30s, very chill, with our busy lives, we are rarely home at the same time. A lot of our socializing takes place outside the house -- dinner parties and hangouts are of course welcome! Ideally, we are looking for someone in their late 20s/30s, friendly, respectful and clean in our shared space. We would like at least three months commitment initially with a possible month to month extension.
